State Buildings – State Cellars Wine Room

May 2025

Designed to seat 20 guests, this private dining space is defined by its earthy tones, atmospheric feature lighting and a striking arched coffered ceiling that naturally draws the eye upward. Bespoke joinery including Pilbara Marble brushed stone benchtops integrates seamlessly with locally commissioned artworks. The warmth of freshly sealed jarrah timber flooring combined with the soft drape of Warwick sheer and block-out curtains enhances the sense of intimacy and understated luxury.

An exclusive wine experience is revealed through custom timber partition doors, opening to a 900-bottle reserve cellar. This impressive collection is showcased on custom display shelving, complemented by ambient lighting and timber veneer backing creating both a visual and sensory highlight. The space is further supported by well-appointed back-of-house facilities.
