With childcare compliance at the forefront, BallPoint delivered this purpose‑designed floor-wide facility to support the evolving work environment within the expanding Murdoch Square precinct.

Undertaking the works within a live and operational construction environment, the scope included ceilings and partitions, glazing and film, tenancy services, bespoke joinery, flooring, tiling and painting. Every detail was executed to create a warm, engaging and functional space for children, educators and families.

BallPoint proactively adhered to detailed HSEQ and transport requirements, ensuring all milestones were met to enable the facility to open its doors to new families on schedule.
