BallPoint collaborated closely with the Designer to develop a distinctive floor plan showcasing two potential configurations for future tenants. The corporate office display suite was intentionally designed to operate either as a single expansive open-plan workspace or to accommodate an intertenancy wall, enabling two independent office tenancies.

Featuring one boardroom and three meeting rooms suitable for shared or separate use, this premium fitout incorporated high‑quality vinyl‑wrapped finishes across tenancy columns, reception desks, staff room island benches and building elevators. The suite was further elevated with high‑end sit‑to‑stand workstations and feature lighting selected to enhance comfort and productivity.
