Spanning 850sqm, the corporate fitout began as a blank canvas and was transformed into a tailored environment designed to support Centrewest’s day-to-day operations while providing an impressive setting for client engagement. The space incorporated premium offices, meeting rooms and a welcoming reception, with particular emphasis placed on the expansive multipurpose boardroom, where glazed retractable sliding doors allowed the room to flow seamlessly into an adjoining tea prep and bar area for events and entertaining.

Additional features included extensive workstation installations throughout the open-plan work area and an 8-metre Corian benchtop in the staff lunchroom, crafted from four seamlessly joined pieces of stone and designed to comfortably accommodate ten people.
