BallPoint dove into this medical suite fitout commencing with the demolition of an intertenancy wall to create two operating spaces cohesive as one, allowing for construction of three consultation rooms, two CPAP rooms, two ECHO rooms and dedicated respiratory function lab, clinical psychology consulting space and vascular ultrasound rooms, supported by a welcoming reception/waiting area and well‑planned staff amenities.

The entry sets the tone with Bernini Basalt stone floor tiles paired with Miniature Fornace Formella subway wall tiles, a curved Corian acrylic reception desk and feature curved walls finished in Casadeco wallpaper. BallPoint worked closely with the design team and client to ensure all medical parameters were met while achieving a refined and inviting aesthetic.
BallPoint proactively met detailed HSEQ requirements, undertaking the works within a live and operational new building at Murdoch Square.
