MSWA Belmont April 2019 Complete refurbishment to create MSWA’s new call centre and the central corporate office facility. Works included a full makeover of external and interior areas. Upgrades included: wet areas, flooring, finishes and joinery. Major building services upgrade required the full replacement of mechanical systems.
Lazy Lee Urban Eatery January 2019 Fitout of a new bar and commercial kitchen across two floors. Works included the installation of cool rooms, dumbwaiter, service areas and food preparation rooms. Situated within the new Campus Perth building, the new bar and eatery will serve guests and the general public.
ABN Group August 2018 Demolition and refurbishment of new office facilities within a 3 week timeframe. Included construction of show suite and meeting rooms, installation of glazed pivot doors and walls, completion of film and graphics.

National Transport Insurance February 2018 Transformation of a “blank canvas shell” to a full functioning office in 5 weeks. Included construction of offices, breakout, wellness and meeting rooms followed by installation of loose and systems furniture.
Campus Perth January 2018 Internal demolition and strip out of Telstra’s 9 storey corporate office tower. Due to our performance, we were appointed to complete the 11,000sqm interior fitout works including accommodation areas, corporate office, reception and retail areas. Works were completed on time without compromise to quality or safety.
Cannings Purple November 2017 An energetic open plan office designed to accommodate 40 of Perth’s creatives. BallPoint constructed the facility to include systems furniture, a large breakout area, meeting rooms and the “green room”, a place for preparing and filming media releases.
Cancer Council WA October 2017 Full refurbishment of the accommodation units for patients and carers. Redesigned reception, upgrades to the common areas, a new 4 storey lift and civil works. All completed in a live operating environment.
Rosemount Hotel April 2017 Reconfigure and upgrade of the “live music” area including a new bar, viewing platform and stage. Upgrade of acoustics, sound and lighting systems. The Rosemount Hotel remained live and operational throughout the works.
